Jodie aids her clients in identifying their areas for improvement, but also focuses on assisting them in recognizing and acknowledging their strong suits. She will tactfully nudge her clients outside of their comfort zones to encourage growth and discovery, but will always meet her clients where they currently are in the therapeutic process.
