Children, adolescents, and young adults will learn to identify and achieve their personal goals by using integrative methods to therapy.
This includes a Client Centered approach, Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Expressive modalities (e.g., art, music, writing and play). In the therapeutic setting, Jodi works collaboratively to help integrate skills and techniques that will empower them to recognize their core strengths, power of resiliency and self-worth.
