When we are struggling with emotional issues, relationship distress or transitions in our lives we often need to work through these to gain insight, relief, emotional growth and healing. My approach to treating individuals is informed by my training in ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, Schema Therapy and Interpersonal Neurobiology. My approach to treating couples is informed by my training in PACT II, Gottman Method I, EFT and EFFT.
I am Jodi Seidel a Licensed Professional Counselor. I enjoy working with Couples & Individuals experiencing a wide variety of issues such as; parenting, anxiety & depression, life transitions and relationship issues, attachment injury and trauma.
