I provide individual sessions for children, adolescents and adults; specializing in depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief/bereavement, mood disorders, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem, and behavior modification. My background in education as a school social worker, combined with my clinical social work experience, enables me to provide guidance for both home, school, and life difficulties. I have experience working with children who have difficulty with regulating their emotions and executive functioning. My role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker is to help my clients recognize their strengths through a person-centered approach, so that they can reach their true potential. I provide therapeutic counseling sessions for children ages 13+ and adults. When possible, I like to integrate mindfulness and relaxation strategies in order to help my clients grow.
My approach is to address the whole person and to provide skills to assist you with making healthier life choices. Together we will identify behaviors that are barriers for your success and create patterns to help you to become more satisfied with your life and your relationships.
