I typically work with clients who appreciate and need a creative therapeutic space that is safe, warm, connected, deeply reflective, and exploratory. I work extensively with clients in helping professions (healthcare workers, teachers, therapists) as well as the LGBTQIA community.

I am a trauma therapist with over 20 years of experience treating mental health issues. I am trained in EMDR, which helps clients process trauma and negative core beliefs about themselves, leading to healthier functioning. I am also trained in Internal Family Systems, which addresses dysfunctional internal relationships.
