I strive to provide a caring and compassionate environment for that process. I’ll partner with you to help you come to your own insights, and we’ll work on noticing patterns and what is behind them. We’ll also work on identifying your unique strengths and how those can help you move toward positive change.
My areas of focus include life transitions, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and relationship issues. I have a special interest in perinatal mental health, and enjoy working with people on issues related to becoming parents or parenting. I also use EMDR to support clients who are working through trauma or negative emotional experiences.
It can take vulnerability and courage to begin therapy. Using a client-centered, relational approach to therapy, my goal is to support you and help you get to where you want to go.
