Hello and thank you for your inquiry. I do understand how hard it is to ask for help. If this is the first time you're trying therapy or you had a negative experience in the past good job for reconsidering. Rapport is as important as the specialties of your therapist. The number 1 predictor of positive outcomes is the therapeutic relationship. Besides therapy I also provide clinical supervision for licensees for the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health.
I am a behavioral health provider for the Maricopa County Superior Court Family Court division. As a court appointed professional I assist families and lawyers navigate parental alienation, high conflict co-parenting and reunification. Trauma and addictions, depression and anxieties, serious mental illness and men’s issues round out my areas of expertise.
There is no such thing as a one size fits all therapist. When we meet you will discover that you can share the most personal aspects of your life…quite possibly for the first time. I create a therapeutic experience through empathy, building trust, and giving you the peace of mind that you can get better.
