Most of my clients are high performers or work in extreme contexts where many people count on them to be at their best. As a former businessperson, I understand the stress and pressure of a career that demands much, and how symptoms like anxiety or depression can affect you in or out of the office. Many of my clients have a history of past trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and current stressors that they need to actively manage to be at their best. My clients need a safe place to think aloud, to be challenged, and a partner to guide them through the resolution of issues that are holding them back.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who offers person centered therapy, EMDR therapy and Neurofeedback, I help clients address the impact that trauma has on the nervous system. With over 30 years of professional business experience prior to my licensing, I understand how current symptoms affect not only your family, but also your work.
