Therapy is the vehicle to self-awareness and self-understanding in the pursuit of more satisfying relationships and greater self-esteem. Gaining insight, identifying needs, and problem-solving create an environment for postive change. I work with eating and body image issues, relationship issues, sexual problems, depression, anxiety and other compulsions and addictions. I work in a supportive and emotionally attuned style. Together we will look at the unhealthy adaptations and work at creating healthier life choices and symptom reduction. My optimism for people's capacity for positive change informs my work and facilitates a trust-building partnership.
