I approach therapy from a trauma perspective because regardless if you’re experiencing depression, poor self esteem, relationship problems, divorce, abuse, anxiety/panic, addiction, self-harm, or simply procrastination — there’s likely something from your past that’s playing havoc with your life today. I am certified in EMDR; my approach is attachment focused, informed by mindfulness, somatic, Jungian, IFS, Sand-tray, DBT, Spiritual, and yoga therapies.
