I work with adults struggling with anxiety, ADHD, and difficult life transitions or losses. I believe great therapy begins with a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I strive to meet you where you are, and we can address the areas of struggle together at your own pace and with your own unique needs in mind. I bring twenty years of experience to my practice. My goal is to offer a safe space with no judgement where you can feel heard, gain clarity and helpful tools.
I have been a clinical social worker since 2004 in a variety of settings. My style is warm and authentic, and my approach is strength-based with focus on self-compassion and resilience. I use therapeutic modalities that are shown to be effective. My values and practice are grounded in racial justice and LGBTQ+ allyship.
Searching for a therapist can be overwhelming - especially if you are feeling overwhelmed in the first place. I offer free 20- minute consultations to answer any questions you have and will return your inquiry promptly.
