My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and client-centered; I help my clients feel heard, validated, and supported, while also challenging them to grow in meaningful ways and in support of their goals. I have experience with relationship issues, adjustment, college concerns, men's/women's issues, and affirming care for gender and sexual minorities.
