Trauma is a silent story within our bodies, shaping our relationships with ourselves and others. The decisions you make while navigating the depths of trauma are not failures but survival strategies. Just as one wouldn't criticize someone for struggling to swim through a storm, you cannot judge yourself for how you dealt with unhealed trauma. Healing involves healing these wounds from within. Certain experiences from our past are so profound that traditional talk therapy may not fully address them, highlighting its limitations in healing deep-seated trauma. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Brainspotting therapy to help you fully process these experiences effectively.
