There have been many shifts in our world over the past few years. People have been forced to transition multiple times and adjust to new realities that they did not plan on. Some have experienced a persistent state of fear, anxiety and trauma. Others feel as if life does not have the same meaning and are questioning what their purpose is. I have experience working with teens and adults coping with trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and depression. I have training in family dynamics issues and trauma processing. I am currently offering Telehealth sessions with in-person option if you are local.
I attract clients who are struggling in unhealthy relationships, experiencing a desire to move forward and make changes in their lives, and improve the health of their family dynamic. I have a passion for helping people to see their value and break free of their perceived beliefs about themselves and the world around them.
Everyone heals at their own pace and my goal is to meet you where you are at and help you establish your own goals. You know yourself best and help to provide me the direction, while I give the framework to the process.
