I am a caring, empathic and understanding counselor. I will utilize active listening skills to ensure that you feel heard. I'm ready to support you however I can.
I specialize in supporting adult women ages 18+ who suffer from challenges with self-esteem, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety and the pressures that we face in life as women. I utilize CBT, client centered approach and psycho-educational strategies to assist women with identifying and working through whatever is causing them distress.
