Are you a client who is suffering from sudden life changes, relationship raptures, and shame due to past trauma? I believe changes happen when clients feel that they have freedom to not change themselves.
My first approach is CBT through which I would walk with clients finding out the belief lying behind the behaviors and words, by identifying the belief, and modifying it before the new belief bears peace and integration. I also adopt DBT among clients who have BPD and emotional management issues.
