I am a perinatal mental health specialist working with people before, during, and after pregnancy. I treat a variety of things that may occur during the reproductive and perinatal period including depression and anxiety, miscarriage and infant loss, infertility, birth trauma, NICU hospitalizations, and other stressors/needs. This can be a vulnerable, challenging, and unique time and you do not have to face it alone.
With seventeen years of work experience and clinical training, I have spent much of my career working with the perinatal population, including a local OB clinic and a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for a large pediatric hospital. I have catered my private practice to continue working with this population and providing quality care and expertise.
Using an evidence-based clinical approach, I believe in providing a compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive space in normalizing the challenges you may be facing.
