My passion is helping anyone toward getting ‘unstuck’ and reconnecting with their lives and loved ones. I provide therapy for children, teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, selective mutism, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress, and peer issues, as well as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnoses. I especially love working with teens and their families as they adapt to change; whether it’s better understanding and celebrating a teen’s gender identity, knowing how to discuss family separation, or finding healthy ways to cope with an unexpected loss.
As a first-generation Polish immigrant, I'm passionate about supporting anyone whose life bridges multiple cultures, and always approach therapy through a lens of cultural humility. I have experience working with families of various structures, values and backgrounds, and I help coach parents through support and education, not judgement.
Community has huge influence and importance in our mental health, and in many of our communities, it's a huge step to seek outside help. Wherever someone is starting, I believe therapy and healing should move at a pace that feels both secure and brave to them. We'll work with a trusting relationship, evidence-based approaches, and a good sprinkle of humor.
