I believe healthy people make healthy partners make healthy parents, and in that order! Life is hard and stresses are very real at each stage of life. I am here to assist you in becoming a healthy, balanced individual so that you are able to relate to others in healthy, balanced ways. Through individual therapy, couples' therapy, family therapy, and parenting skills training, I will walk along side the individual, the couple, the blended and traditional family in becoming healthy people, partners, and parents.
I provide therapy for the individual, premarital couple, parent and family, whether struggling, divorcing, blended or traditional. I am certified in Scream Free Parenting, which emphasizes the need for self-care and non-reactive parenting in order to raise adults who are independent, self-thinking and don't need you!
Life is tough and asking for help is even tougher! Truth is though, we all need it!
