As a licensed mental health counselor with over 16 years in the counseling field, I understand the importance of living a joyful life. I specialize in identity issues, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, managing anxiety and depression, issues around grief, self-esteem and finding your life purpose. In addition, I specialize in EMDR therapy which is a targeted therapy helpful for a variety of concerns. I also supervise psychotherapists working on permanent licensure.
In addition to my experience in the counseling field, I have been described as personable and empathetic.
