I specialize in working with the API population-adults, couples, and families-struggling with the emotional challenges related to academics, work-related stress and career, relationships, family dynamics, phases of life, and life transitions. I've helped my clients through depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and navigating identity and relationships.
I am trained in CBT and DBT. With couples, I practice Emotions-Focused Therapy. In therapy, we will use evidence-based practices to achieve your goals.
