I am a licensed Mental Health counselor with over 20 years of experience.
My professional expertise includes work with adolescents and adults who are experiencing addictions, trauma, loss/grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and life transitions.
I believe the source of therapeutic outcomes lie within the individual. I facilitate my client's journey to self-discovery, enhancing their sense of well-being and assisting them in creating a healthier, meaningful and more balanced life.
I use a person-centered approach and realize your strengths and potential in addition to the problems that have led you to therapy.
I work from the perspective that the key to healing is to increase awareness of your thoughts, beliefs, feelings, patterns of behavior, relationships and the choices we make.
