I completed 3 years of healing trauma training in Somatic Experiencing. Together we can help your mind and body restore calm.
For the past 18 years, I have worked as a mental health provider in a middle and high school setting. I supported the Gay/Straight/ Trans Alliance ( GSTA). I feel passionate about relieving overwhelm that can occur across the life span. I believe that each person has the ability to heal themselves when supported in a safe environment and guided to healing.
