I have extensive experience working with the emotional adjustment and rehabilitation issues related to newly diagnosed and/or recently injured patients. For 26 years, I worked in inpatient rehabilitation, providing evaluation, education, and support to patients learning to adjust to a new diagnosis, so they could successfully return to their lives.
