I provide a safe place to collaborate with you to achieve your goals whether that is improving your feelings of self-worth, reducing your anxiety and stress or grieving a loved one.
My primary focus area is individual therapy with adults age 65 and older. My experience includes working with people dealing with grief, anxiety, low-self esteem, and acute and chronic illness and depression. I have over 15 years experience as a clinician; the remaining in management in a hospital setting in the Emergency Department and Case Management.
