I have had 20 years of experience working with different clients, finding what works best for each client. I have worked with clients who are primarily experiencing anxiety, stress, and/or depression along with trauma. I want you to feel comfortable with me and be able to talk about whatever is bothering you so we can work together. We can set short or long range goals that meet your needs. I personally experienced panic attacks for years, but learned to control those symptoms and I can share that with you. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, relational therapy and EMDR, finding out what works best for you.
I have found that talking about problems can allow clients to see things differently and helps clients change patterns that may be causing them to feel badly. I also offer EMD/EMDR for those who chose it.
