Life can be challenging and overwhelming at times. During these periods, we may need help coping and returning to a place of peace and serenity. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and safe space where you can share feelings and work toward accomplishing your goals for therapy. Issues I can help with include substance abuse, family history of addiction, codependency, caretaking, aging, life transitions, divorce adjustment, workplace stress, grief, and depression. I bring to our sessions maturity, life experience, experience working in a residential alcohol/drug treatment program, and an inpatient psychiatric facility.
