I also help you to develop a plan for healing yourself in the present as we explore your current lifestyle choices and come up with better ways to help you cope with stressors.
As a Northwell Hospital Participating Provider, I have treated Medical Professionals and their families focusing on the unique challenges these individuals and families face as well as treating childhood trauma and mood disorders. Early trauma often manifests in chronic low mood, anxiety and panic attacks.
My early training and experience in Child, Family and Primal Therapy brings a unique perspective to my treatment of Individuals struggling under the weight of current and past stressors.
