Over the past 8 years, I have treated clients from various backgrounds, including first responders and healthcare workers. I have witnessed my clients’ sacrifice, in many forms, which results in a cycle of rupture and repair.
This is common for everyone, however, at times can compound to the point of impairment, affecting our personal or professional relationships, academics, or even the relationship within ourselves.
