I am a trauma informed psychotherapist experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults,and families who seek to resolve issues and problems stemming from daily stressors, anxiety and depression, life transitions, mental illness, traumatic experiences, grief and loss, and family conflict. I understand the importance of meeting my clients where they are, and use a strength based and solution focused approach to help clients achieve their goals and live a happier and more hopeful life.
As Clinical Director of a residential program I gained extensive experience working with families in crisis, or those experiencing family conflict and dysfunction. I have expertise working with children presenting with significant behavioral issues. I provide support to parents, providing tools to parent successfully while strengthening family relationships.
My hours are flexible to meet work schedules and the needs of families and school aged children.
