When you, whether as a couple or an individual, commit to take responsibility for your growth and development, I listen with compassion and interest to develop a proactive therapeutic program to help each of you grow to your greatest potential as an individual (and a couple). Often people aren't aware they have unmet need, wants, and desires. Healing often comes after identifying, accepting, and learning how to ultimately realize those desires and needs. By helping individuals, couples, and families overcome conflicts, trauma, and anxiety, they are able to successfully achieve some of their deepest desires and feel fulfilled.
My work with individuals and couples is based on healing the common developmental issues you are experiencing and helping you learn skills to work through the challenges of life and relationships. As a physician with extensive knowledge and experience, I work gently and rapidly. Individuals and couples who come with conflicts, anxiety, grief, or trauma often can experience a shift within the first couple of sessions. I also offer intensive programs and retreats for those interested in doing deeper work over a week or weekend.
