We will work together to identify and work on issues you bring to our sessions. My approach to counseling operates from a strength base approach to help you identify your strengths within yourself and develop self-awareness that will aid you to meet your goals through your active involvement as well as efforts to change your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Sometimes change will be easy and swift, but often it will be slow and deliberate.
I believe you already possess everything you need to heal yourself. The missing piece is a trained therapists like me to help guide you by giving insight, asking thought provoking questions, and most importantly, listening and holding the space for you to be vulnerable and grow.
