Whether it is anxiety, depression, or familial/relationship issues, I take a person-centered approach in assisting you in your wellness journey.
I consider myself an eclectic therapist, meeting my clients where they are. This means that you and I will assess your needs and I utilize the interventions in my "toolkit" that would best help you accomplish your goals. My primary practice focus is anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, but I am skilled in the other issues listed to the right/below.
