My recent employment as a psychotherapist in a residential treatment program for women has given me more tools to assist clients with trauma recovery, post-traumatic stress disorder (P.T.S.D.) and reducing anxiety. In addition to being a therapist and counselor, I am a life coach and certified business coach aimed at empowering my clients to succeed.
