My approach to healing employs integrative trauma-focused modalities such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) to help you move through any stuck points.
I am a Certified EMDR therapist who uses IFS and Somatic-based interventions. Most importantly, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your inner world fully.
