We know that there is strength and power in being able to access these innately human parts of ourselves, but it is often much easier said than done. It’s not easy to do that work alone. I hope to join and support you on that journey to finding that strength and power.
I am an eclectic practitioner, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Intergenerational Family Therapy. The foundation of my practice is rooted in Afrocentric Social Work.
