I am trained in EMDR and use a client centered approach to therapy. EMDR is extremely beneficial for PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. EMDR helps unlock the road blocks to healing. The client is my focus in the therapeutic relationship. Together, we move through life issues and cultivate change.
