Grounded in relational and family systems perspectives, I integrate core concepts and strategies from CBT and DBT, as well as Parent Management Training (PMT) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I also employ a multicultural lens when working with my clients, taking into consideration the role of race, ethnicity, and other cultural factors.
