My name is Jing Yuan. I’m a Licensed psychotherapist in the state of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. I treat individuals with anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma and relationship problems.
My approach to therapy includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed Interventions.
