I would like to normalize that we ALL need additional support juggling life stressors and difficult life situations that overwhelm us and temporarily pause our progress. I have over 6 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with mental health issues and trauma-related disorders. As a Hispanic psychotherapist, I bring a unique perspective to my practice that values the rich diversity of all people, gender identities, and sexual orientations. My mission is to foster growth, healing, and transformation for my clients by using a wraparound approach that includes holistic and integrative evidence-based modalities.

I have been working with individuals 13+ in educational and community-based settings, a group practice, and more recently, my own private practice.
