I bring decades of experience as a school counselor and psychology professor to my work. I see my role as journeying with fellow travelers toward wholeness and love. I have experience working with a wide range of adults, but my practice focuses on depression & anxiety, life transitions, people over 50, and men’s issue. There are not a lot of places in our life where we encounter empathy and a space to feel safe and encouraged to figure out how we can heal and grow. I look forward to providing this space for you.
I have studied mindfulness, mysticism, and emotional health for over three decades, and I am ordained in the Universal Life Church. I believe that everyone can find more joy, peace, and contentment in life if we are open to discovering the person we are called to be. I look forward to working with you to address challenges and build on your strengths.
