Life in the 21st century can be challenging. Anxiety, depression, relationship pain and many other struggles seem all too common. Bringing our Christian resources to bear on our personal and relational struggles can make all the difference.
Because my wife and I have taught marriages classes at our local churches for 30 years I have been blessed to work with many couples. In addition to couples therapy I have specialized in men's issues and codependency. I meet both in person and via Telehealth when needed.
