My goal is to create a safe and secure space for clients to explore, grow, process, and develop a deeper understanding of their needs and themselves. I believe all individuals have the potential for growth and understand the discomfort around growth and change. I integrate a variety of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Strength based, Holistic approaches, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to individualize each client’s treatment and meet clients where they are. I considers myself an active therapist in session and include psychoeducation in my approach.
I have experience working with a range of different age populations including, children, adolescents, families and older adults. I have worked in a variety of different settings including, schools and skilled nursing. I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transition, ADHD, and grief/loss, aging, and self esteem.
