I specialize in treating those experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction and more. I predominantly work with young adults and adults. My treatment focus has an emphasis on coping skills and acceptance with appropriate sarcasm and humor sprinkled in. Therapy with me will have you focused on the present moment and provide you with a renewed sense of self.
I am an open-minded, warm, and energetic clinician and love to incorporate humor into our sessions. I use a strengths-based, skill-focused, caring approach, and hold an unconditional positive regard for each of my clients. Rapport built within a client-clinician relationship is key and I encourage collaboration in both treatment planning and goal setting.
