PLEASE - READ: I am not taking new clients at the moment. This may change in a month or two, so feel free to visit this page again to check :) My role as a therapist is to be of service to you and equip you with practical tools, as you bravely embark on this journey. I work with those with depression; anxiety; and trauma reactivity & avoidance. Other issues I love to help clients master: Unmasking high-functioning ADHD and first-time adult diagnosis of ADHD; coping with maladaptive personality perspectives; navigating attachment style and attachment insecurity. I can also assess for Emotional Support Animal needs.
I am a client-centered, multicultural therapist. My specialties foster the treatment of complex attachment, trauma-based issues, and/or management of mood disorders. I use CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Experiential Learning and Attachment Theory to help you form coping skills and new thought patterns that will empower you to thrive in your daily life.
If you're new to therapy or revisiting it, we navigate the path together. The 'You' on the inside of you is ready to come forth.
