I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with OCD, anxiety, and general life transitions. I also have a special interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ population. I find great pride in helping my clients gain insight into the patterns that hold them back, as well as better understand how to effectively cope with life’s uncertainties and challenges. I work with many modalities including ERP, I-CBT, ACT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and other strength-based approaches. If I am not available, I would be happy to refer you to my team or place you on my waitlist. (Team serves: CO + MT)

I believe in the power of intentional choice and values-based action. I help clients learn how to be less reactive and more intentional in their choices so they can begin to act in ways that are aligned with their values and goals.

I create a warm space for my clients to be vulnerable & challenged. We are all a product of our experiences, and thus, I have deep empathy and compassion for all of my clients, regardless of their perceived pitfalls. It is only human to feel there are parts of our past of which we are not proud. However, our past does not need to dictate our future outcomes.

Many of my clients struggle with anxiety-related disorders, such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety, panic, phobias, and hair pulling, skin picking, and trauma. Often trauma accompanies years of untreated OCD. OCD Treatment Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

We offer a 3-week (31.5 hour) Adult OCD Intensive-Outpatient Program (IOP) to have more frequent and concentrated treatment for those who are currently in OCD treatment with a therapist. This is focused on elements of recovery, shame, compassion, and peer support from lived experience. There are always sacrifices, but this 3-week program can kick-start you need and may allow you to attend with little disruption to life. This Intensive treatment runs Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00-1:00 and Thursday 11:00-11:30. Cost is $1,995.00, payment plans are available.

Teen OCD Group- Fall

Teens cannot be alone in OCD, all themes welcome! Social time and connection with other who have OCD is essential to their continued understanding and recovery around OCD. It is already so isolating for them to struggle with intrusive thoughts and isolating compulsions. Check out our teen OCD group that will meet every other week on Wednesdays at 6pm. We hope to have a Hybrid in person and online group. Give us a call and we can work out the details. We are so excited to offer this fun group! It is not all serious and many laughs are to be had.
