I work with adults and couples and have special expertise with the older adult populations. I am focused on helping you to improve the quality of your life and reach personalized goals. My approach focuses on collaborative therapy and a strengths-based approach. In couples work, I draw on the Gottman method and work to foster an improved emotional connection and improved communication. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, with a certificate in Aging and Health. I am currently offering telehealth sessions.
