I provide treatment which combines the teaching of skills to reduce your present symptoms while also helping you understand and address their origins in your past. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, trauma and PTSD, OCD, life transitions such as divorce and co-parenting stress, and the fallout of narcissistic relationships.
I help people enter recovery from codependence, manage and find relief from constant anxiety, heal from trauma, and build lives they can thrive in rather than escape from. I strive to stay trained in the most cutting edge modalities available, including EMDR, Family Systems and IFS, and equine-assisted psychotherapy.
