I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and families in multiple settings for the past 15 years. I feel that therapy can be beneficial for anyone and really enjoy getting to know my clients and exploring ways to help them meet their goals. I have a passion for meeting new people, learning about their lives, discovering their strengths, and helping them to grow. When not working, I enjoy visiting with friends, watching my favorite shows and spending time with my family and cats.
My specialties include life transitions, stress management, anxiety, depression, behavior management and coping difficulties. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health and I really enjoy working with expecting and new parents.
