I work with adults who have experienced childhood trauma/abuse/neglect, those exposed to domestic violence or sexual assault, and individuals experiencing PTSD. Trauma, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem can cause difficulties in your relationships and make you feel stuck in your life. I help people who may be carrying the weight of their past, feel their life is out of balance, or who are not living up to their full potential. If you'd like to relate better to those around you, learn new ways of coping, change negative behaviors, and improve your overall wellness I can help. I offer morning and weekend appointments.
I see clients via tele-therapy sessions exclusively. My therapy practice encompasses a body/mind perspective. I utilize forward facing trauma therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and journal therapy to craft a safe, supportive environment for you to explore your inner self and create the person you want to become.
Reawakening our innate healing ability, both physically and mentally, is an empowering skill we all possess. If you choose to follow the path of healing, I would be honored to accompany you. I use tele-therapy sessions to connect with clients in Minnesota, Illinois, and Iowa.
